advised construction daily basis, we have again contacted the site manager. This had to tell us, unfortunately, that we need to move the start of construction. The shell is that is bailed und es muss jetzt ein neuer gefunden werden. Dies könne leider 3-4 Wochen dauern.
Jetzt sind schon 2 Wochen vergangen und unser Bauleiter hat immer noch keine Aussicht auf einen neuen Rohbauer. Evtl. kann er uns nächste Woche eine Tendenz mitteilen.
Parallel haben wir noch den Kampf bzgl. des Privatweges auszutragen.
Bisher haben wir immer die Aussage bekommen, dass der Privatweg, welcher erforderlich ist, damit wir unseren Hauseingang erreichen, durch die Stadt errichtet wird.
Beim Tiefbauamt wurden wir allerdings eines besseren belehrt. Die Stadt hat mit Privatwegen nichts zu tun, sie sei nur für die öffentlichen Zuwegungen verantwortlich.
Nach Rücksprache beim Grundstücksmakler we found out that the original statements were only assumptions. It was probably the case that 1 / 10 of the initial costs of the path are passed on to us because we obtained this Meiteigentumsanteil with notary contract. But since we have only 1 / 10 of the way, we can construct no path. The real estate agent, the church and the town are now trying to find a solution.
But there is something positive to report.
We have interested to know our neighbor's property.
